  • Direct Billing to insurance is strictly only for RMT Massage Services. No other services are billed to insurance.

  • Direct Billing to insurance will be attempted only in the name of person who is actually receiving the treatment.

  • Any deductibles or copays are to be paid by the client at the time of treatment.

  • RMT Massage Service price or duration or date will never be adjusted to accommodate the copays or deductibles.

  • Not all insurance policies pay directly to Service Provider. In that case, payment in full will be paid by the client at the time of appointment. If requested by the client, Massagical Care can attempt to submit the claim to be paid directly to Insured Member subject to Policy Terms & Conditions.

  • If direct billing is not possible because of any reason, client will pay the full amount at the time of appointment.

  • Doctor’s referral may be required by some insurance policies.

  • Receipt will be provided in the name of person who actually received the treatment showing service provider name, service name, duration of service, price, and date of treatment.

  • It is always a good idea and client’s responsibility to call insurance company before the treatment to get any coverage related information.
